沙坡头旅游区
Shapotou (Top of the Sand Slope) Tourist and Scenic Zone is located in Zhongwei County,bordered the Tengger Desert in north and the Yellow River in south. A number of oases lie right in the heart of the area. One of China's four humming sand dunes,"the Golden Sand and Humming Bell" ,is situated at the top of Shapotou. Nicknamed as “the Deserts Capital of the World”，it is famous for not only its unique natural scenes,but also achievements of subduing the deserts.
沙坡头旅游区位于中卫市,北部腾格里沙漠的边缘和南部是黄河。许多许多绿洲恰好位于该区域的核心。中国四大响沙之一,“沙坡鸣钟”,位于沙坡头的顶部。绰号为“世界沙漠之都”,它不仅以其独特的自然景色出名,但也有征服沙漠的成绩。
